Joyful Noise

Joyful Noise

joyful-noiseEvery other month, citizens with disabilities from the surrounding communities come with their helpers to be part of an evening of music and fellowship conducted by Verlaine Shaw. Participants are handed a percussion instrument as they arrive in Fellowship Hall on the second Thursday evening of the month at 5:30 p.m. for a meal.  Moments of fun are intermingled with moments of prayer and praise.  These children of God, ranging in age from sixteen to seventy, experience the joys of friendship and community in a warm and welcoming setting.
