Operation Shoe
Box
Our collection of shoes boxes for our participation in Operation Shoe
Box project is underway. We are in need of regular size shoe boxes
that can be used for this ministry. Please deposit them in the box in the
entranceway. The power of the simple gift of a filled shoe box
reassures millions of children that they have someone who cares.
Every Penny Counts
Every Penny Counts is an ongoing fundraiser to support the
work at Hartman Center. A jar has been placed in the entranceway
to collect your pennies.
Operation Christmas Child
We need Christmas wrapping paper for the Youth Group to wrap the
shoe boxes in preparation for Operation Christmas Child. You can put
the wrapping paper in the box in the Entranceway.

2010 Flower Calendars
The 2010 Flower Calendars for the altar flowers are up in the Sunday School Hallway. You may sign up for a Sunday(s) you would like to remember loved ones with flowers on the altar. The cost is $10.00 a vase. There are two vases each week.
Food and Items Needed!
Haven Ministry has an ongoing need for canned goods and non-perishable items. If each member of the congregation brought in one item each Sunday we could help our neighbors in need. As you grocery shop each week remember those who have less. If you see a sale or a buy1/1free offer when you are shopping, consider donating your extra items. One of the caring assets of us as a congregation has been to make a difference in our community in all ways. A box is in the Entranceway for your contributions.
Giant, Surplus Outlet and Weis Markets Gift Cards
The Surplus Outlet, Giant Markets and Weis Markets Gift Cards are available in $25, $50, $100 denominations. See Brandi Ferster or stop by the church office for the cards. Remember at least 5% of the value of the card goes directly to our church. This is a great way to make a donation with only a little effort!
Youth Fellowship is in need
The Youth Fellowship is in need of more donations of items for
their Fire Box project. A complete list of these items is
posted on the bulletin board in the entranceway.
